MyNFTSpace provides a platform for users to create, buy, sell, and trade non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the XRP Ledger blockchain. Our services include but are not limited to NFT creation, listing, purchasing, and profile management.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must connect a compatible blockchain wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and all activities that occur through your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purposes
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property rights

5. NFT Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, and sell as NFTs. By creating or listing an NFT on our platform, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

6. Fees and Payments

Transactions on MyNFTSpace may be subject to platform fees and blockchain network fees. All fees will be clearly displayed before completing any transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

MyNFTSpace respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We reserve the right to remove content that allegedly infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyNFTSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services or any transactions conducted on our platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
